Holly Tree Mews – Normanton

Holly Tree Mews was constructed in 2016 and was a 15 home development on the outskirts of Normanton, Wakefield comprising of 2 and 3 bedroom homes.

The homes were of a high specification and provided low maintenance and energy efficient solutions to modern living. They were thoughtfully designed to maximise living potential and storage space. As the site was set within the grounds of an old manor house, the development benefitted from a communal landscaped garden to the front of the site, which was specifically designed to enhance the local ecology.

The houses were constructed from timber frames, with brick, render and timber cladding to the walls. The roof had Marley Modern roof slates, with upvc fascia and soffits, whilst all the windows and doors were double glazed upvc. Each property benefitted with 2 off-road parking spaces, a patio area and private rear garden.
